House Armed Services Committee member Rick Larsen spoke at the Missile Defense Agency conference. In his remarks he announced that he is no longer a skeptic of missile defense. He noted the potential challenges to missile defense including cost constraints, technical issues with deployment and a robust testing regimen. He also talked about the fiscal year 2011 budget, as well as working with NATO and allies in Asia particularly Japan. close
