A memorial service was held to honor the life and career of Washington Post political columnist David Broder. Speakers included Vice President Joe Biden, PBS’s Gwen Ifill, and Washington Post chairman and CEO Don Graham. Mr. Broder’s four sons also euologized their father. David Broder won a Pulitzer in 1973 for his coverage of the Watergate scandal. He died on March 9th, 2011, and was 81 years old. close
