Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Chair Julius Genachowski talked with David Rubenstein about some of the issues before the FCC, as well as some of the recent rulings by the panel. Topics included the need for more spectrum for mobile devices, the proposed AT&T/T-Mobile merger, and the FCC’s December 2010 ruling on network neutrality, a policy that requires Internet providers to allow content providers equal access to networks. Following the interview portion of the program, Chair Genachowski answered questions from audience members. close
