Ambassador Olexander Motsyk spoke about the economic effects the disaster on Ukraine. Following his remarks two panels of scientists and academics talked about the history of the Chernobyl accident, as well as the long term environmental and public health impacts. The accident was the worst nuclear accident in history. Panels also answered questions from the audience. close
