British Foreign Secretary David Miliband talked about his plans to bring the Afghanistan War to an end with Richard Haas. Mr. Haas is an Afghanistan skeptic while Mr. Miliband continues to believe the mission’s costs are justifiable. Mr. Miliband said the NATO coalition has set an end date but has not come up with a sound political strategy to achieve that goal. He also discussed the political unrest sweeping the Arab world and the Middle East peace process. close
