Ambassadors talked about their views on the current bilateral relationship with their respective nations and the United States. President Obama was scheduled to travel to Ireland, Poland, and Great Britain from May 23-28, 2011. Highlights of the trip included bilateral meetings with President Obama and the leaders of Ireland, Poland and Britain. In addition, the President would take part in a state visit with Queen Elizabeth II, a public speech in Dublin, and a working dinner with the Central European head of State in Poland. They also answered questions about political violence and uprisings in the Middle East and North Africa and relations with Russia. close
