The Senate Finance Committee was to hold a “mock” markup hearing to debate amendments to free trade agreements with South Korea, Columbia, and Panama. Because committee rules require at least one member of each party be present, and no Republican committee members were present, the hearing did not take place. Republicans boycotted the hearing.
