Solyndra executives invoked their Fifth Amendment rights at a House Energy Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations hearing. Solyndra, a solar panel manufacturing company that recently filed for bankruptcy, received $535 million in loan guarantees from the Energy Department in early 2009 as part of the economic stimulus package. close
