Representative Tim Murphy (R-PA) talked about the House Energy and Commerce Committee hearing on the Obama administration’s decision to award federal economic stimulus funds to Solyndra, a solar panel manufacturing company that recently filed for bankruptcy. Solyndra executives were expected to exercise their Fifth Amendment rights during the hearing.
