The Odd Clauses Jay Wexler examines ten of the more obscure clauses of the U.S. Constitution, scattered amongst the better known phrases throughout the eight thousand word document. These lesser referenced portions of the Constitution range from the weights and measure clause to the title of nobility clause. Professor Wexler talked about why studying these clauses can be useful. He also responded to questions from members of the audience at Brookline Booksmith in Brookline, Massachusetts. close
