President Obama spoke about his plan to invest in American manufacturing to employees of Master Lock, a company that moved jobs back to the U.S. from China. In his remarks, he said, “it is time to stop rewarding businesses that ship jobs overseas and start rewarding companies that create jobs right here in America.” He urged Congress to pass those tax reforms so he could sign them right away. close
