President Obama announced a new trade case against China that seeks to crack down on unfair trading practices that put U.S. companies at a competitive disadvantage. He also spoke about the killing of 16 Afghan civilians by a U.S. soldier, saying the United States “views the killing of Afghan civilians as seriously as if they were Americans,” and called on the Pentagon to do a full investigation of the incident. close
