Christopher Phillips talked about his book, Constitution Cafe: Jefferson’s Brew for a True Revolution and the reactions he received when he spoke to Americans about revising the U.S. Constitution. He engaged the audience in dialogue. Topics of discussion included a report that the U.S. Constitution is no longer the favored model for those writing new constitutions and what is included in various constitutions.
