Stephanie Deutsch is the author of You Need a Schoolhouse: Booker T. Washington, Julius Rosenwald, and the Building of Schools for the Segregated South. Daniel Haulman is the co-author of The Tuskegee Airmen: An Illustrated History: 1939-1949. They engaged the audience in discussion.
