Michael Grabell, author of Money Well Spent?: The Truth Behind the Trillion-Dollar Stimulus, the Biggest Economic Recovery Plan in History, talked about the “American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.” He was joined by Michael Cooper and Jared Bernstein in discussing the effects of the stimulus spending and how well the program was managed. The panelists responded to questions from members of the audience at the Tenement Museum in New York City.
