Supplying Troop Needs
This Memorial Day program concluded with scenes of the World War II Memorial and the Memorial Amphitheater at Arlington National Cemetery.
Eric Egland, an Air Force reservist, talked about how his organization, Troops Need You, helps troops at home and abroad, and how private organizations fill in the gaps not properly or adequately covered or funded by the federal government. He responded to telephone calls, including a special line for veterans, and electronic communications.
