Italian-born economist Luigi Zingales warns that the U.S. economy is becoming a system of crony capitalism in which government support for big business has overwhelmed the support for a free market. He argued that the outcome of this mirrors Italy under the leadership of Silvio Berlusconi. He responded to questions from members of the audience at this Manhattan Institute Forum. close
