Richard Cordray gave his semi-annual report to Congress of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). Among the issues addressed in the hearing were mortgage rules, the regulation of pre-paid credit cards, the CFPB’s Web site, and the bureau’s authority under mortgage disclosure.
