Among the topics she addressed were recent anti-American violence in North Africa and the Middle East, saying that the attack on a U.S. consulate in Libya and other violent protests in the Middle East could be blamed directly on weakness by the Obama administration abroad. She also compared President Obama to Jimmy Carter, who had to deal with the U.S. hostage situation in Iran during his presidency. close
