Panelists talked about economic transition in the Maghreb region of Northwest Africa, which includes Libya, Algeria, Tunisia, Egypt, and Morocco. They discussed governmental ability to create economic growth and manage economic problems, and the influence of outside economic factors, and other subjects. The program included questions from audience members.
