Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano spoke at a conference on cybersecurity. She said she hoped the Senate would revisit legislation on the issue after the presidential election. She also talked about Hurricane Sandy recovery efforts, saying the federal government is “moving heaven and earth” to help states restore power to affected areas.
