Malmedy Massacre at the Battle of the Bulge
Author Danny Parker talked about his book, Fatal Crossroads: The Untold Story of the Malmedy Massacre at the Battle of the Bulge. On December 17, 1944, an American convoy traveling through Belgium was spotted and captured by German troops. The POWs were brought to a field where they were shot and about half were killed. Many details of the massacre remain unknown. Mr. Parker spent 15 years working to uncover the truth behind the Malmedy massacre. He was joined by a survivor of the massacre who talked about his personal story. close
