At a photo opportunity on a meeting with congressional leadership, President Bush answered questions from reporters about the situation in the Persian Gulf. He spoke about the failed diplomacy efforts of Secretary of State. James Baker and Iraqi Foreign Minister Tariq Aziz in Geneva, and the possibility of using U.S. military force to expel Iraq from Kuwait.
