Senator John McCain (R-AZ) spoke to reporters after hearing testimony from former CIA Director David Petraeus at a closed hearing of the Senate Select Intelligence Committee on the September 11, 2012, attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya. Senator McCain said he appreciated former General Petraeus testifying, but called this a “failure of intelligence.” He also spoke about a terrorist attack in Iraq and Lebanon. close
