The heads of government from Egypt, Libya, Lebanon and the Palestinian Authority spoke at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, about the political and social challenges facing the Arab world. CNN’s Fareed Zakaria moderated this panel discussion entitled “Transformations in the Arab World.” Panelists talked about youth unemployment, corruption accusations, the situation in Syria and women’s rights.
