General Stanley McChrystal (Ret.) talked about the evolution of the Joint Special Operations Command and the pursuit of al-Qaeda in Iraq, in particular the terrorist Abu Musab al-Zarqawi. Bruce Riedel, a 30-year veteran of the CIA, interviewed General McChrystal, before moderating a discussion with the audience.
