Panelists talked about uses for Twitter, and answered questions from audience members. Some of the uses they discussed were journalism, politics, revolutions, and frivolity. Panelists included one of the three American hikers who was held hostage in Iran from 2009-2011, and a Seattle-based Egyptian journalist/author who covered the “Arab Spring.”
