He also assailed Mr. Clinton’s wife Hillary for her views on the rights of children and women, calling it “radical feminism.” Prior to Mr. Buchanan’s remarks, during Mary Summa’s introduction cameras recorded Vice President Dan Quayle and his wife entering the floor of the convention.
