President Obama and South Korean President Park Geun-hye held a joint news conference. Among the topics addressed were North Korea’s nuclear and missile program and recent threats to test missiles and possible military actions. They said the two nations would stand firmly together against threats by North Korea and were ready for diplomacy to ease any nuclear threat. President Obama also commented on the use of chemical weapons in Syria and sexual assaults in the U.S. military. close
