Former U.S. Representatives Chet Edwards, Jim Kolbe, and Vic Snyder reflected on their careers and described the process of creating a repository for their papers. Princeton University professor Julian Zelizer argued for access to congressional records and a centralized system to make records more available to the public and research community.
