Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Chairman Mary Jo White talked about the structure and processes at the commission. She said one of her highest priorities was to complete the Dodd-Frank rule-making process as quickly as possible, including the Volcker rule placing restrictions on banks. She was interviewed by Francesco Guerrera, with the assistance of John Bussey, and responded to questions from members of the audience.
