Robert Sack, who served as senior associate special counsel for the U.S. House Judiciary Committee from 1973 to 1974, talked about President Nixon and the Watergate investigation. He recalled lying on the floor of the staff offices, straining to understand the often poor quality of the Nixon tapes and realizing he believed that there was ample evidence for impeachment. Robert Sack was appointed as a Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in 1998, a position he retains today. close
