Panelists discussed the U.S. Supreme Court’s recent Fisher v. University of Texas decision that reconsidered racial preferences in college admissions. They talked about how universities could craft admissions policies designed to foster diversity while maintaining fairness.

“Opportunity or Blockage? Fisher v. Texas and the Educational Pipeline to the Legal Profession” was a session of the American Bar Association annual meeting held at the Westin San Francisco Market Street hotel. It was a sponsored by Council for Racial and Ethnic Diversity in the Educational Pipeline and the Center for Racial and Ethnic Diversity. close
