Tim O’Donnell talked about the accomplishments of James Farmer, an activist and leader in the American Civil Rights movement, and the impact he had on the movement. In his later years, Farmer spread the word of his activism and his non-violent beliefs as a professor at Mary Washington college, now known as the University of Mary Washington. Farmer was also the recipient of the Presidential Medal of Freedom, presented to him in 1998, by President Bill Clinton.
