FairVote presented its 50-state review of women’s representation at all levels of U.S. government. Among the findings was that the U.S. ranked 92nd internationally in the percentage of women in Congress. Following the presentation of the findings, and then panelists talked about some of the barriers to women being elected to public office, which include not enough women running for office, campaign finance, and electoral districts. close
