Edward Wyatt talked by telephone about the case before the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals that day, Verizon v. Federal Communications Commission. On September 9, 2013, a three-judge panel heard oral argument on whether Internet service providers must continue to treat all traffic equally. The Internet provider challenged whether the FCC had the authority to regulate Internet access services. Mr. Wyatt, who was in the courtroom that day, explained the case before the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals, what concerned the judges most during oral argument, and the possible outcome. close
