Cyber War Will Not Take Place
Thomas Rid talked about his book, Cyber War Will Not Take Place, in which he argues that while there are real security concerns related to the internet, the idea of a future cyber war, which has been predicted since at least 1993, is wildly overblown. He argued that we should not view cyber security in military terms, but instead should see it as a non-violent threat that can be overcome. He spoke at New York University. close
