Members of the Senate Democratic leadership spoke with reporters following the Senate passage on a party line 54-44 vote of a continuing resolution to keep the government funded until November 15, 2013. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) called on House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) to bring up their version of the bill for a floor vote. He told reporters that the Senate Democrats aren’t going to accept any House funding resolution that delays or defunds the Affordable Care Act. close
