President Obama made remarks about some of difficulties experienced by users of the online health insurance exchanges that became available on October 1 as part of the Affordable Care Act. He acknowledged the existence of various glitches and his own frustration with them, but said, “We are confident we will get the problems fixed.” He also said that people who do not want to sign up for coverage online may enroll in person or by phone.
