Chamber of Commerce chief executive officer Thomas Donohue spoke at a Christian Science Monitor breakfast event at the St. Regis Hotel. He talked to reporters about budget negotiations, health care, immigration, and other issues. He said his organization had not made any decisions about challenging incumbent Republicans in 2014, although he further said that the Chamber did not want Democrats to win back the House.
