Jeffrey Zients, hired by the White House to review healthcare.gov, said that performance and functionality were the two categories of issues with the Web site for enrolling in the federal health care insurance exchange. He announced that QSSI would serve as the general contractor overseeing continued efforts to fix and improve healthcare.gov and that he was confident that by the end of November 2013 the site would work smoothly for users. close
