U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas talked about his career. He credited Justice Antonin Scalia with helping him adjust to being a Supreme Court justice, and called himself “beat up” after his confirmation hearing, saying he “could not have gotten through” without Justice Scalia. Justice Thomas also touched on his path to the Supreme Court comparing it to that of Forrest Gump. He also said that he does not like law clerks who are “jerks.”
