More than 300 members of Great Britain’s youth parliament, ages 11 to 18, gathered in the British House of Commons for their annual debate. The students debated five topics that would be considered for their national campaign. In this portion, the students discussed voting for 16- and 17-year old teens. Speaker of the House John Bercow presided, with a few remarks by other members of Parliament. close
