The tenth annual Saban Forum, titled “Power Shifts: U.S.-Israel Relations in a Dynamic Middle East,” was held at the Willard Intercontinental Hotel.
Secretary of State John Kerry gave the keynote address at the 2013 Saban Forum. He talked about the interim nuclear deal with Iran, the U.S. role in the Israeli-Palestinian peace talks, and the agreement by Syria to destroy its chemical weapons.
