Former Federal Reserve Vice Chair Donald Kohn talked about his experiences helping run the Federal Reserve system. Mr. Kohn held various senior economic positions within the Federal Reserve, starting in 1970 and culminating with his appointment as vice chair in 2006. Topics included the Federal Reserve’s quantitative easing policy and other actions taken in response to the 2008 financial crisis. David Wessel of the Wall Street Journal conducted the interview.
