Jack Buckley and Robert Rothman talked about the 2012 Program for International Student Assessment (PISA), which measures 15-year-old students' reading, mathematics, and science literacy. Compared with their international peers, U.S. 15-year-old students scored below average in math and about average in science and reading, while U.S. scores have been mostly flat overall in the last decade. They spoke about the report’s numbers and trends, and its policy implications. close
