Charlie Cook talked about the history of midterm elections highlighted and the the political environment leader up to the 2014 congressional elections. He said the issue that President Obama and Democrats face is bad favorability numbersm but added that attitudes toward Republicans were even worse. He said the public likes neither side. He outlined Republican Party “branding” issues with women, younger voters, and minorities and advised them to focus on the reasons Asian voters are voting Democratic. close
