David Strickland talked about automobile safety concerns, and the impact of advanced car technology. Mr. Strickland, a former administrator of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration NHTSA), discussed among other topics cybersecurity concerns for Web-connected cars, distracted driving, environmental standards, and his efforts to get more regulatory authority for NHTSA.
