Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake and Houston Mayor Annise Parker talked about issues facing their cities. The two were in Washington attending the U.S. Conference of Mayors annual Winter meeting. Topics included infrastructure, debt, jobs, their local economies, and education. They also compared the ability of cities to accomplish basic functions with that of the federal government.
