Brookings Institution fellows talked about the list they complied foreign policy issues in 2014. Panelists focused on on Iran, Afghanistan, Russia and the U.S. pivot to Asia. They said that President Obama’s foreign policy goals should be to reassert American leadership in a rules-based international system in which norms are not only articulated but also, wherever possible, enforced. They responded to questions from the audience. close
